Shipping & Delivery

Total Delivery Time for Your Order
The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. There are two parts to this step: the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when it leaves the warehouse. You can usually find an item's processing time when you click "See estimated arrival date" on the item page.

Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. Shipping Costs vary depending on the order, however, we offer year round free shipping on all orders over $60.00 in the continental US.  Standard shipping rates will apply outside the US, although we will ship anywhere in the world.

When to Expect Your Order to Arrive
Each carrier sets its own shipping methods and times. Most retailers will offer Standard, Expedited Shipping and 1-Day Shipping, but these options will vary by carrier and by product.
For Items Purchased from GreetingCandle.com, we generally offer three shipping methods for most items, depending on promotions:

  • Standard Shipping (3 to 5 business days)
  • 2- to 3-Day Shipping (2 to 3 business days)
  • 1-Day Shipping (1 business day)

For large orders, usually over 500lbs, can also be shipped using:

  • LTL Freight Carrier (2 to 6 business days)  call 1-888-355-8844 for details
Whenever possible, we will supply, via email, Tracking Numbers provided by the shipping carrier to track your order. You may also view all details of your order by simply logging into your account.
 

Please note:

  • Shipping times do not include processing time (most in stock items generally take 1-2 days to process) and Standard Shipping times only apply to items being sent to the 48 contiguous states.
  • For Standard Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, add 2-4 days.
  • Shipments to military APO / FPO addresses and U.S. territories and protectorates should arrive in 3-6 weeks.

How Shipping Costs Are Determined
We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost.
The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address.
In your shopping cart, we show an estimated shipping cost, based on our lowest-price shipping method and assuming all items in your cart are going to a single address within the contiguous United States. If you select a different shipping method, a military APO / FPO address or an address outside the contiguous United States, your actual shipping cost may be higher.
Please Note: You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout.  Again, we offer free shipping for all orders over $60.00 year round in the continental US.

Shipping to an Address Other Than Your Billing Address
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company.
Your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.
To list the alternate address with your credit card company, call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.

Returns & Replacements

Returning or Replacing a Purchase
Call 1-888-355-8844 You must get return authorization from our company before returning any item.
To return an item:

  1. Package the item, along with all original packing materials and accessories
  2. If available, send the packing slip that came with the item.
  3. If you do not have the original packing slip, you can print out a receipt by logging into your account for the item you are returning.
  4. When you return a gift by mail, the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable, will be credited to the original purchaser's payment method when we receive the item. Return shipping charges are not refundable. Any gift that you receive from GreetingCandle.com that is damaged in transit by the shipping carrier will be replaced with the same item at no cost to purchaser. However, pictures of the damaged product will be required by customer service before we can replace them. The pictures will be used to send to our carrier for damage credit to our company.  
  5. Keep your original packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase. Some returns might require an item be placed in its original container.

30 day Satisfaction Guarantee:
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you may return that product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping costs to our facility are the customer's responsibility. In the case of an exchange, we will pay shipping for the replacement item to your shipping address on file. Approval of a refund or exchange is at the sole discretion of GreetingCandle.com.

Ordering from GreetingCandle.com is self explanatory.  Simply begin to fill your cart and follow through to checkout.  Each step gives concise instructions on how to proceed to checkout and select the appropriate payment method.  Should you encounter any problems during the ordering process, contact us at 1-888-355-8844, or by email via our Contact form.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Once you have made your selections and arrived at the checkout, select the method of payment you would like to use.  All major credit cards are accepted.  You may view the price or cost of any item at any time during your shopping or checkout experience.  Pricing on shipping methods will vary based on your choice of method and the final cost of your purchase.  Free shipping offered on all orders over $60.00 in the continental US. Once your credit card information is received into the system it will show pending until the number is securely and privately verified, then the status will change to accepted and your order will then be processed.  If you experience any problems while trying to enter credit card numbers or any issues during this step, customer service is available to assist you at 1-888-355-8844.
Viewing Orders
When an order is completed through our shopping cart, you will be mail a confirmation listing your order details. We will also email updates pertaining to your order, including a notice that your order has shipped with Tracking Numbers (if any). You may also login to your account and view all details of your order.
Updating Account Information
Account information can be updated by logging into your account.
